About Us
At 100 Joules, our mission is to unlock operational excellence by aligning strategy with execution through AI-powered insights, human-centered advisory, and data-driven technologies—empowering organizations to navigate complexity, drive innovation, and achieve lasting impact.
Our mission was born from a shared realization: the traditional consulting model is broken, with inefficiency and inertia too often slowing down meaningful change. We set out to build something different—a boutique partner and technology platform that enables organizations to connect with expertise, experiment with new models, and adopt transformative solutions quickly and effectively.
Our leadership brings together experienced operators, thought leaders, and technology disruptors with a singular focus on workforce strategy, revenue growth, and innovation. This collective doesn’t just guide 100 Joules—it helps clients design and scale smarter models that make complexity obsolete, creating sustainable value and preparing them for the future of business technologies.
